With the upcoming Aikido event in Zanzibar this weekend, Toshiyuki San and Andi Shidoin were not present during the session and those of us left behind nevertheless carried on with the session which kicked off with an intense warm up session followed by Mae, Ushiro, Gyaku and Yoko Ukemi mainly from Tachi Waza before going through the following:
TACHI WAZA:
-Katatedori Shiho Nage Omote and Ura respectively.
-Reverse Kote Gaeshi Omote.
-Ai Hanmi Katatedori Ikkyo Omote.
HANMI HANDACHI WAZA:
-Shiho Nage Ura.
The session ended with Haishin Undo
