This was one of my most intense sessions since Sensei introduced to us techniques featuring two Uke with Tori performing two different techniques on each Uke...Wow!
The following was what was on offer on this day:
-Mae and Ushiro Ukemi from both Suwari Waza and Tachi Waza.
-Mae and Ushiro Shikko.
-Ai Hanmi Katatedori:Shiho Nage(Ura)and Kokyu Ho.
-Gyaku Hanmi Katatedori Kokyu Ho.
-Morotedori Nikyo.
-Morotedori Kokyu Nage(with first one Uke then two Uke).
-Morotedori:Nikyo & Irimi Nage(with two Uke).
-Morotedori:Kokyu Ho & Irimi Nage(with two Uke).
By the end of the class I was dead beat so much that when it came to folding Sensei's Hakama,I couldn't recall a thing!!!
NEXT SESSION:MONDAY,MARCH 19 AT THE GOAN GYMKHANA.
