Tuesday, October 15, 2013 session at the JICC conference room

I happened to arrive at the same time with Daniel Sempai and we were shocked to find someone else conducting the Aikido session and what was shocking about it was that it was someone we had never met before!

We decided to "interrogate" him a bit and he informed us that his name was Richard and that he had practised Aikido for about two tears under a certain Japanese Sensei while in Tanzania and now that he is back in Kenya,he decided to share his Aikido knowledge with the rest.

We began with the basics of Tai No Henko before Daniel Sempai took us through the whole session and this is what was on offer:

-From the Katatedori stance there was Sokumen Irimi Nage and a version of Kokyu Nage respectively.

-From Morote Dori there was Sokumen Irimi Nage.

-From Ryote Dori there was Kokyu Nage

-From the Kata Dori stance we had Shiho Nage.

-Three new comers who did not leave behind their names.
