Thursday, May 22, 2014 session at the JICC conference room

Ben Sempai arrived early and began the warm up session and by the time I arrived,I found those present doing Ukemi.

The session kicked off with Ryote Dori Tenchi Nage followed by:

-Ryote Dori Shiho Nage(Omote & Ura respectively)and Kokyu Ho.

-Ryote Dori & Katatedori Shiho Nage from Hanmi Handachi Waza.

Douglas Kohai took over the rest of the session with the following techniques:

-Ryote Dori Kokyu Nage and Kote Gaeshi(two versions)respectively.

-Hanmi Handachi Waza Shiho Nage.
