Jason Sempai was in charge of the whole session and at least we had one of our Sempai taking us through and guiding us through the basics of the numerous techniques.
It was a "request" session whereby Jason Sempai requested each one of us to suggest a technique that they wanted revised and below are the choices we made:
-Ai Hanmi Katatedori Sankyo Omote and Rokkyo respectively.
-Katatedori Kokyu Ho in preparation for a Kokyu Nage version.
-Yokomen Uchi Shiho Nage.
-Katatedori Shiho Nage.
