As we near the end of the month which we hope by then almost everyone if not everyone would have paid the registration fees,we had two more of our members pay after yesterday's session which is quite encouraging.
Douglas Kohai guided us through the warm up session before Jason Sempai took over the rest of the session with the following techniques:
-From the Katatedori stance:Shiho Nage Ura and Kote Gaeshi Omote.
-From the Ai Hanmi Katatedori stance:Irimi Nage Omote.
-From Ushiro Ryote Dori:Ikkyo Omote,Shiho Nage Ura,Sankyo Omote and Kote Gaeshi Omote respectively.
