Douglas Kohai took us through the entire session and after warming up and some Mae and Yoko Ukemi from tachi Waza (Mae Ukemi from Suwari Waza for the debutants)we went through the techniques mentioned below the focus being on Morote Dori:
-Morote Dori Kokyu Nage, Ikkyo and Nikyo Omote respectively.
-Morote Dori Nikyo(shorter version).
-Hanmi Handachi Waza Shiho Nage
