We kicked off the session with a light warm up session followed by Mae, Ushiro, Gyaku and Yoko Ukemi from Tachi Waza before embarking on the attacks/techniques of the day's session.
Ben Sempai guided us through the first 45 minutes with the following:
-Katatedori Shiho Nage(Omote & Ura) and Irimi Nage respectively.
-Katatedori Sumi Otoshi.
Tony Sempai was 'in the dojo' after quite a while and it was great to notice that he had not lost his 'Aikido touch'.He guided us through the following attacks/techniques:
-Shomen Uchi Ikkyo(Omote & Ura).
-Kata Gatame through the opening of Ai Hanmi Katatedori Ikkyo Omote.
-Uchi and Soto Kaiten Nage respectively.
-Ushiro Kubishime through the opening of Uchi Kaiten Nage.
