We had a guest-a Japanese tourist who watched the better part of the session and even took some photos while we were practising.
Douglas Kohai took over the whole session and after a brief warm up session followed by Mae and Ushiro Ukemi as well as Mae Ukemi with two Uke as 'barriers',we got down to the session with the following attacks/techniques:
From Tachi Waza:
-Katatedori Shiho Nage Omote & Ura respectively.
-Ai Hanmi Katatedori Shiho Nage Omote & Ura respectively.
-Shomen Uchi Shiho Nage Omote & Ura respectively.
-Yokomen Uchi Shiho Nage Omote.
-Tsuki Shiho Nage Omote.
-Hanmi Handachi waza Shiho Nage.
