Douglas Kohai took us through the paces and as always his warm up exercises are usually breathtaking!
After the warm up session not forgetting Mae and Ushiro Ukemi from both Suwari Waza & Tachi Waza,the following are the attacks/techniques we went through the focus being on Shiho Nage:
-Ai Hanmi Katatedori Shiho Nage Ura.
-Tsuki Shiho Nage Ura.
-Shomen Uchi Shiho Nage Ura.
-Shorter version of Ai Hanmi Katatedori Nikyo.
