To begin with, the mock grading that was to take place was postponed since there were only four of us thus, Ben Sempai decided to postpone it to a later date.
The session featured some Sankyu and Nikyu techniques so one can guess how intense it was.
Ben Sempai took us through a brief warm up and stretching session followed by Mae and Ushiro Ukemi in both Suwari and Tachi Waza then the session kicked off 'officially' with the following techniques:
From Tachi Waza:
-Ai Hanmi Katatedori Koshi Nage(w/out the throw).
-Morote Dori Ikkyo Omote & Ura respectively.
-Ryote Dori Irimi Nage.
-Kata Dori Kote Gaeshi.
-Ushiro Ryokata Dori Kokyu Nage.
-Ushiro Ryotedori Kokyu Nage.
-Ryokata Dori Kokyu Nage.
From Hanmi Handachi Waza:
-Uchi Kaiten Kata Gatame.
