Given the heat nowadays, by the time we begin the session, most of us are usually already drenched in sweat just from performing the stretching exercises.
We kicked off the session as usual with light stretching exercises followed by Ushiro Ukemi both from Suwari Waza & Tachi Waza then the following:
From Tachi Waza:
-Ryote Dori Tenchi Nage.
-Ushiro Ryote Dori Sankyo Omote.
-Kata Gatame through the opening of Ai Hanmi Katatedori Ikkyo.
-Kokyu Ho Kokyu Dosa.
