We were fortunate once again to have a guest, a gentleman accompanied by his two sons who apparently has practised Aikido until the level of Nidan!
Douglas Kohai took us through the paces and after a brief warm up session and Mae & Ushiro Ukemi,this is what we practised:
From Tachi Waza:
-Katatedori Nikyo Omote.
-Reverse Kote Gaeshi.
-Tsuki Kote Gaeshi Omote & Ura respectively.
-Ai Hanmi Katatedori Sankyo Omote.
The session ended with Haishin Undo.
