I was all alone in the "dojo" for about 45 minutes before being joined by the rest and I managed to do some Ukemi in both Mae and Ushiro which was enough to loosen up the body in readiness for the day's session.
We had a newcomer, Andrew, who has some background in martial arts and thus we only concentrated on two techniques as listed below:
-Ai Hanmi Katatedori Ikkyo Omote.
-Ai Hanmi Katatedori Nikyo Ura.
