Tuesday, September 2, 2014 session at the JICC conference room

Ben Sempai took us through the first part of the session with the below mentioned Sankyu techniques:

From Tachi Waza:

-Ai Hanmi Katatedori:Yonkyo(Omote & Ura),Juji Nage(Omote & Ura),Sumi Otoshi and Koshi nage(w/out the throw)respectively.

For the remainder of the session we practised the following:

From Tachi Waza:

-Katatedori Sumi Otoshi.

-Ryote Dori Koshi Nage(w/out the throw).

-Kata Gatame through the opening of Ai Hanmi Katatedori Ikkyo Omote.
