Thursday, March 12, 2015 session at the JICC Conference Room

We kicked off the day's session with a warm up session followed by Mae Ukemi from both Suwari & Tachi Waza as well as Mae & Ushiro Shikko.

What followed were the following attacks/techniques:

-Shomen Uchi:Ikkyo(Omote & Ura) and Sankyo Omote respectively.

-Katatedori Irimi Nage.

The session came to a close with Haishin Undo.
