I was MIA last Thursday and made sure I did not miss out on this Tuesday's session which was packed with several newcomers although some later expressed interest in joining the Karate sessions beginning this coming Thursday.
After the warm up session, what followed was Mae and Ushiro Ukemi from Suwari Waza and the following attack/techniques:
