Douglas Kohai took us through the warm up session which included some body conditioning exercises as well as Ukemi before Jason Sempai took over the rest of the session which featured the following:
-From the Ai Hanmi Katatedori stance:
Ikkyo Omote and Ura respectively.
-From the Katatedori stance:
Shiho Nage Ura and Kote Gaeshi Ura respectively.
We ended the session with Haishin undo.
