Thursday, May 14, 2015 session at the JICC Conference Room

Ben Sempai took us through the first quarter of the session which kicked off with a brief warm up session followed by the following techniques:

-Katatedori Kokyu Nage.

-The opening of Uchi Kaiten Nage.

For the remainder of the session, we went through the following:

From Suwari Waza:

-Ai Hanmi Katatedori Ikkyo Omote & Ura respectively.

From Tachi Waza:

-Soto Kaiten Kata Gatame.

-Katatedori Uchi Kaiten Nage.

We ended the session with Zagi Kokyu Ho followed by Haishin Undo.
