Tuesday, May 12, 2015 session at the JICC Conference Room

It has been raining since Monday and as is the norm, it is always chaotic outside but all in all, we had a good session with Joshua Kohai taking us through the warm up session followed by Mae and Ushiro Ukemi from both Suwari & Tachi Waza.

Joshua Kohai began the first part of the session with the following techniques:

-Ryokata dori Nikyo Ura.

-Ushiro Ryote dori Sankyo Omote.

The second part of the session consisted of the following techniques:

-Ai Hanmi Katatedori Kote gaeshi.

-A front choke from the opening of Katatedori Kokyu ho.

-Hanmi Handachiwaza Shiho Nage.

The session concluded with Haishin Undo.
