Thursday, May 7, 2015 session at the JICC Conference Room

It was yet another Thursday and after going through a lengthy warm up session including Mae and Ushiro Ukemi from Suwari Waza, we went through the following attacks/techniques:

From Suwari Waza:

-Ai Hanmi Katatedori Ikkyo Omote & Ura respectively.

From Tachi Waza:

-Shomen Uchi Sankyo Omote.

-Yokomen Uchi Shiho Nage Omote.

Zagi Kokyu Ho and Haishin Undo wrapped up the session.
