Tuesday, May 26, 2015 session at the JICC Conference Room

After a lengthy warm up session that also included Mae Ukemi from both Suwari and Tachi Waza as well as Mae Ukemi using two volunteers as 'obstacles',we went through the main session which we were guided throguh by Walter Kohai and included the following:

-Katatedori Kote Gaeshi.

-Morote dori Shiho nage Omote & Juji garami respectively.

-Kata dori Nikyo Omote & Ura respectively.

-Hanmi handachi waza Kata gatame version.

We wrapped it up with Zagi Kokyu Ho
