Tuesday, May 5, 2015 session at the JICC Conference Room

Grading was ongoing in the main hall for our Karate colleagues thus we were glad to have Ben Sempai lead us through the whole session.

A light warm up session was followed by Mae and Ushiro Ukemi from Suwari Waza as well as Mae and Ushiro Shikko then the following attacks/techniques crowned it all:

From Suwari Waza:

-Ai Hanmi Katatedori Ikkyo Omote & Ura respectively.

From Tachi Waza:

-Shomen Uchi Ikkyo Omote & Ura respectively.

-Various finishing moves from a Shomen Uchi attack.
