It was yet another session that kicked off with warm up exercises followed by Mae, Ushiro, Gyaku and Yoko Ukemi from Tachi Waza as well as breakfalls.
We also went through the basic movements such as Tsugi Ashi, Ayumi Ashi, tenkai Ashi and Irimi Tenkan before embarking on the following attacks/techniques:
SUWARI WAZA :
-Shomen Uchi Irimi Nage Omote.
-Zagi Kokyu Ho.
TACHI WAZA :
-Shomen Uchi Irimi Nage Omote.
-Katatedori Uchi Kaiten Nage Omote.
-Ryote dori Kiri Otoshi.
We closed the day's session with Haishin Undo.
