Joshua Kohai took us through the day's session and as expected the exercise drills were invigorating.
Apart from the exercise drills, we also practised Mae and Ushiro Ukemi (both Suwari Waza & Tachi Waza) as well as Katatedori Kokyu Nage and Morote Dori Kokyu Nage (Kakarigeiko).
The emphasis was practising the 'street version' of Aikido, i.e. throwing Uke without the pinning part.
TACHI WAZA :
-Ai Hanmi Katatedori Ikkyo Omote & Ura.
-Ai Hanmi Katatedori Shiho Nage Omote & Ura.
SUWARI WAZA :
-Ryote Dori Kote Gaeshi.
Once again the session came to a close with Haishin Undo.
