Before the session began, we went through the Dojo etiquette as well as how to bow and why Aikidoka bow in the Dojo before kicking off the session with warm up exercises followed by Mae, ushiro, Gyaku and Yoko Ukemi from Tachi Waza as well as some breakfalls.
We thereafter went throuhg the following:
HANMI HANDACHI WAZA :
-Uchi Kaiten Nage Omote.
-Shiho Nage Omote.
TACHI WAZA :
-Kata dori Ikkyo Omote.
-Soto Kaiten Kata Gatame.
SUWARI WAZA :
-Zagi Kokyu Ho.
We wrapped up the session with Haishin Undo.
