Joshua Kohai guided us through the whole session which kicked off with a warm up session followed by Mae, Ushiro, Yoko and Gyaku Ukemi (Tachi Waza) as well as a session of break falls.
Thereafter, we went through the following:
TACHI WAZA :
-Ai Hanmi Katatedori Hiji Kime Osae version.
-Katatedori Ippon Seoi Nage.
-Ai Hanmi Katatedori Koshi Nage.
-Morote dori Kokyu Nage version.
